We’re refreshing our timetable to reflect what our members love most.
Here’s what’s staying and what’s changing:
Staying:
Kaha
Pulse
Warrior
Spin (now with its own semi-private area so bikes dont have to be moved)
New:
Dedicated 12-bed Reformer Studio featuring three new Rebel Pilates styles:
Forge – Strength
Restore – Mobility
Ignite – Jumpboard Cardio
Farewelling (for now):
G-Force
Barre
Yoga
Hybrid Reformer/Mat classes (Reformer Rebel & Reformer Flow)
Yes – there will be a few small changes to the timetable as we settle into the new space.
We’ve reviewed attendance data from the past few months and will be adjusting class times slightly to reflect what’s been most popular, while also accommodating the new Reformer Studio setup and class styles.
Our goal is to make sure the schedule works best for the majority of our members – keeping your favourite classes like Kaha, Pulse, Warrior, and Spin while introducing the new Forge, Restore, and Ignite Reformer sessions.
You’ll be able to see the new timetable from late December
At Habitat, our strength has always been our ability to pivot and adapt to what our members want most. The fitness world is constantly evolving, and we’re proud to be a small business that listens, learns, and evolves right alongside our community.
After reviewing class attendance and feedback, we’ve decided to focus on the styles that have consistently had the most demand and delivered the best results. This means saying goodbye (for now) to Barre, Yoga, and G-Force – but not losing the essence of what made them special.
The mobility, mindfulness, and flow of Yoga are now woven into our Reformer Restore classes.
The firey low impact burn you loved in Barre Fix live on in Reformer Ignite and Forge.
G-Force fans will still see TRX suspension straps used regularly in Warrior, Pulse, and Kaha, plus get a similar strength and stability focus in Reformer Forge.
These changes allow us to deliver a simpler, stronger timetable that gives our members more of what they love – while keeping Habitat fresh, sustainable, and thriving for years to come.
Your membership will continue as usual – however, to make a booking for Classes, Open Gym, and/or Personal Training – you’ll need to reset your password on our new app ‘HABITAT Members App’.
Before we reopen on 8 January, you’ll just need to:
- Download our new HABITAT Members App:
- APP STORE / APPLE
- PLAY STORE / ANDROID
- Add your card details to keep your billing and bookings running smoothly.
If you haven’t set up the new app by reopening, don’t stress – your payments will continue as normal through our current system until you make the switch.
Both systems will run side-by-side until April 2026, giving everyone plenty of time to move over at their own pace.
Our new studio will feature 12 Reformers and three distinct class styles under our Rebel Pilates program:
Forge – for those who love strength and tone
Restore – mobility and recovery (yoga-inspired)
Ignite – dynamic jumpboard cardio
We totally understand that not everyone’s routine or transport will align.
If you’re unsure, we encourage you to chat with us first – the new space is only 950 metres away, parking is easier, and public transport is available.
If you do decide to cancel, please give atleast 14 days’ notice by emailing kingsland@habitatforfitness.co.nz

Absoloutely! As usual, we just ask that you ensure your fur or human baby is safe at all times, and if they become distressed or need your attention that you attend to them as soon as possible.
