REFORMER RESTORE

What to expect: This slower-paced class uses props like Pilates Balls and Poles to enhance mobility, flexibility, balance, stability, and core strength. You’ll leave feeling smooth, supple, and buttery in all the right ways.

REFORMER IGNITE

Fast-paced, sweat-drenched, and built for endurance – this is low-impact plyometric Pilates. Ignite blends tempo changes, pulsing movements, and cardio-driven sequences to get your heart pumping and your energy soaring.

What to Expect: A faster paced, Jumpboard class that includes tempo shifts, pulses, and endurance-driven moves designed to elevate your cardio fitness.
