WHAT IS THE ‘BETTER ME SERIES’?

Our HABITAT Better Me Series has taken the old school ‘weight loss challenge’ and flipped it on its head. We’ll empower you to take control of your hauora (health & wellbeing) by building healthy habits that improve your long-term physical, mental and emotional health. 

We’re meeting you at your starting point by helping you choose which program suits where you currently are in your health and fitness journey.

Lifestyle Program

If you’re at the start of your health & fitness journey or have fallen off the wagon, this is a great starting point to help solidify small habit/lifestyle changes that will have huge impact on your overall well being.

Energiser Program

If you’ve already established a good routine but want to optimize your health and fitness, this will help you level up through improved nutrition/lifestyle, and effective fitness support.

Personal Trainer Support

You’ll have 7 days a week access to our PT’s through your Series app. We’ll conduct twice weekly accountability check in’s and will help guide your through your hauora journey with handy tips and support.

Nutrition & Fitness Guidelines

Learn how to eat and move better for life with our simple education, motivation, and guidelines.

Custom App

Stay on track with our custom app. Your app tracks your progress and keeps you accountable through habit tracking, milestones rewards, communication portal, exercise & nutrition logs, and optional smart watch integration.

Weekly Challenges, Events & Workshops

A new motivating challenge will be delivered each week as well as a mix of events and workshops to help solidfy positive change in our life.
